If you are looking for a versatile, high-quality sauté pan, the de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy sauté pan with a 16 cm diameter and a 1.5 liter capacity is an excellent choice. This cookware is made from a three-layer composite material that combines stainless steel and aluminum to ensure quick and even heat distribution. This makes it ideal for preparing sauces, braising meat, or cooking smaller portions.

The brushed exterior and matte interior not only give the pan an elegant appearance but also make it especially easy to care for. Inside the pan there are measurement marks in 0.5-liter increments to help you measure liquids precisely. The base features a fine surface milling that reduces food sticking, making cooking and cleaning easier.

A special feature of the Alchimy-Loqy series is the removable handle system. The sauté pan has two permanently riveted stainless-steel sockets to which you can attach either the Loqy loop handles or the Loqy long handle. These handles are not included and must be purchased separately. The removable system allows you to use your cookware flexibly and store it space-saving, as the pans are stackable without handles.

The sauté pan is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. It is also dishwasher-safe, which makes cleaning after cooking easier. With a wall thickness of 2.3 mm, the pan offers a robust construction that ensures long service life.

Please note that the removable handles are sold separately and are not included with the sauté pan. With the de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy sauté pan you get professional cookware that will reliably assist you in preparing a wide variety of dishes.
