If you are looking for high-quality cookware that performs both in a professional kitchen and at home, the 3-piece de Buyer Alchimy cookware set is perfect for you. This set consists of a 20 cm diameter sauté pan (2.5 liters), a 24 cm diameter sauté pan (5.0 liters), and a 16 cm diameter saucepan with a long handle (1.5 liters), each with matching stainless steel lids.

The pots are made from a three-layer stainless steel multi-clad material that combines an aluminum core with two stainless steel layers. This construction ensures fast and even heat distribution so your food is cooked precisely. Whether you are preparing soups, stews, or sauces — this set helps you succeed with every dish.

The brushed finish not only gives the cookware an elegant look but also makes it resistant to fingerprints and minor scratches. The ergonomically shaped, hollow stainless steel handles are firmly riveted and remain cool during cooking, which makes handling easier. However, note that the handle grips do not have a thermal bridge; it is therefore advisable to use a kitchen towel when touching them.

This cookware set is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and can also be used in the oven. It is also dishwasher safe, making cleanup after cooking particularly convenient.
