Details

Are you looking for a versatile roasting pot that performs well both in professional kitchens and at home? The de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy roasting pot with a 24 cm diameter and a 5.0 liter capacity is just the right choice for you.

This pot is made from a three-layer composite material: stainless steel on the outside, an aluminum core, and magnetic stainless steel on the inside. This combination ensures fast and even heat distribution on all types of cooktops, including induction. The 2.3 mm thick wall provides robustness and durability.

The brushed exterior and matte interior not only give the pot an elegant appearance but also make it resistant to scratches. Inside there is a fine surface milling that reduces food from sticking – ideal for searing meat or preparing sauces.

A special feature of the Alchimy-Loqy series is the removable handle system. The pot has two handle attachment points where you can fit either the LOQY handle grips or the long handle. These are not included and must be purchased separately. Thanks to this system, you can stack the pot space-savingly and use it flexibly.

Whether you want to braise a hearty goulash or prepare a delicate soup – with the de Buyer Alchimy-Loqy roasting pot you are well equipped.
